These platform terms cover use of the ThalaPay hosting platform by merchants and their customers. Each store operating on ThalaPay is an independent business responsible for its own products, pricing, orders and customer policies.
ThalaPay provides the software and infrastructure only and is not a party to transactions between a store and its customers. Store-specific terms, privacy and return policies are published by each store.
